Order Cancellation and Refunds – Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it is dispatched. A full refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

No Refunds or Returns – After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at listening@sushenah.care. Include photos and your order details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
