Shipping Policy

At Sushenah CARE, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions for domestic shipments across India.


Shipping Regions

  • We currently offer shipping only within India (PAN-India).
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing:
    • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Domestic (PAN-India) Orders: Delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of order dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India if the order value is over Rs 500, else we charge Rs 60.
  • Exceptions: Free shipping does not apply to trial orders or promotional samples, which may incur nominal shipping fees.

Order Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Window: Orders will be delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Signature on Delivery: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please provide an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor).
  • Responsibility Disclaimer: Sushenah CARE is not liable for items signed by an alternative person.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time either from SUSHENAH or its partners.


Delivery Delays

  • We strive to deliver orders within the specified time, but unforeseen delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Logistical issues
    • Public holidays or local disruptions. We will keep you informed if there are significant delays beyond the expected delivery timeline.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at **listening@sushenah.care OR talk to us on 96062-35533**
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations, refunds, and returns are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, or if you were sent the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy

  • Returns and Refunds:
    • We do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been dispatched.
    • Opened or used products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Exclusions: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, incorrect usage, or negligence after delivery.
