Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Sushenah. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Here is how cancellations, refunds and replacements work.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Just contact us with your order number and we will cancel it and give you a full refund within 7 working days.
After dispatch
Our products are skin-care items prepared fresh, so we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been dispatched. Please check your order carefully before you confirm it.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we are sorry and we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
- your order number
- photos or a short video of the item and its packaging
Once we have checked the details, we will gladly refund or replace the item.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it in your account.
