At SUSHENAH, we're committed to delivering your cause-based skincare products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, timelines, and procedures.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify delivery availability to your location.
2. Shipping Options and Rates

Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is placed
- Dispatch Notification: A tracking link will be sent via email and SMS when your order ships
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Delhivery
- BlueDart
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote areas)
The shipping partner is automatically selected based on your pin code serviceability and delivery speed requirements.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS
- Track your order through the link provided or on our website
- Contact us at listening@sushenah.care or +91-96062-35533 for any tracking assistance
6. Delivery Expectations
6.1 Metro Cities
Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
- Standard: 2-4 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
6.2 Tier 2 Cities
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Express: 2-3 business days
6.3 Remote Areas
- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Express service may not be available
7. Delivery Attempts
- Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Contact: The delivery executive will call you before delivery
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule delivery by contacting the shipping partner directly
- Return to Origin: After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply)
8. Packaging
Your SUSHENAH products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Tamper-evident seals on all products
- Bubble wrap protection for glass containers
- Temperature considerations for butter-based products during summer months
- Discreet packaging—no product names visible on the outer box
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- National or regional holidays
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- High-volume periods (festivals, sales)
- Remote location accessibility issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address
We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.
10. Address Changes
- Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at listening@sushenah.care to modify your shipping address
- After Dispatch: Contact the shipping partner directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance
Important: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
11. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or items are missing:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at listening@sushenah.care
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
12. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international orders become available.
13. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes:
- COD orders may have an additional verification call
- Please keep exact change ready for the delivery executive
- COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000
